Terms, privacy and trademarks

Covers the Saanvi Cloud Labs website. Each product also has its own agreements, and those govern your use of it. Effective 23 September 2026.

Website terms of use

This website is operated by Saanvi Cloud Labs LLC (“Saanvi Cloud Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information, not advice

Content on this site describes our services and products in general terms. It is not legal, medical, billing, coding or compliance advice. Figures, examples and illustrations are for explanation only. Measured results are stated with the conditions under which they were measured, and results on your data will differ.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, probe it for vulnerabilities without following our security reporting process, or use it to send unlawful content.

Links to other sites

We link to product sites and third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Saanvi Cloud Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.

Privacy notice

This notice covers the information you give us through this website. Our products have their own privacy notices, and health information we process for clients is covered by our contracts and Business Associate Agreements, not by this notice.

What we collect

  • What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you write, including your name, work email, organization and message. The form sends this information to our website server, which forwards it through our email provider to support@saanvicloudlabs.com. We temporarily keep a hashed email identifier in server memory to limit repeated submissions; form messages are not stored in a website database.
  • Cookies and visit counts, only if you agree. When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. If you accept, we set a cookie that remembers your choice and a random visitor ID (scl_vid, kept for one year) so our own server can count visits and pages viewed. We store only that random ID, the date and the page: not your IP address, browser details or anything you type. If you decline, we set only the cookie that remembers your choice, and we don’t count your visits. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings. We run no advertising trackers and share visit counts with no one.
  • Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to fetch them. Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to reply to you and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Please don’t send health information

Do not send patient information, Protected Health Information, passwords, OAuth client secrets, access tokens or production data through the contact form or by email. If an engagement needs that data, we arrange a secure channel under a signed agreement first.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for the relationship, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email us from the address you used to contact us so we can confirm the request is yours.

Product agreements

Use of our products is governed by the agreements presented in each product, not by these website terms.

  • NavamedhaAI: the End User License Agreement, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy published at navamedha.ai.
  • RemitSift: the Terms, Privacy notice, Subprocessors list and Business Associate Agreement provided to early-access customers. RemitSift findings are analytics, not advice, and each one needs human review before anyone acts on it. Every monetary figure comes from deterministic arithmetic, never from a language model.

Report a security concern

If you think you have found a vulnerability in this website or one of our products, email support@saanvicloudlabs.com with “Security concern” in the subject. You don’t need an account to report one. Please include enough detail for us to reproduce it, do not access or change data that isn’t yours, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated.
